I am a psychologist with over 30 years of experience in private practice. I work collaboratively with my patients to assist and support them in achieving mutually agreed upon goals for psychotherapy, both mind and body. Overcoming adversities and obstacles, recovering from trauma, coping with stressors, and striving for improved well being and functioning are oftentimes goals. Becoming more of an “expert” on yourself (to play from your strengths while compensating for vulnerabilities) is an aspirational goal which can be achieved through greater insight and the knowledge gained in the psychotherapeutic process.
